The Brackett’s Landing Planned Unit Development was created by Bothell City Resolution 514 in September 1979. This development is situated on the Sammamish River and discharges storm water into the river. The Brackett’s Landing Homeowner’s Association was incorporated as a nonprofit homeowner’s association in 1984 for the purpose of maintaining a storm water detention facility and forming an architectural committee. Its board of directors are volunteers who manage the daily business of the HOA.
